Since 2016, we've been organizing a number of healthy Japanese cooking workshops for foreign visitors and teaching recipes that can be easily adopted in their home countries. We try to present cooking ideas that can be enjoyed together, even when we come from different cultures (related to our health, values, religion, ...).

On this new website, we provide not only culinary information but a wide variety of ideas and practical information to help visitors enjoy a longer stay in Kamakura with the theme of Human Tourism.

Our desire is to provide information to make Kamakura an ethical and vegan friendly city.
